Security: Telehouse Europe has a strict security infrastructure which allows only those personnel authorised to have access to the building. All visitors to the data centre are issued with a special security pass that only permits them to access their own systems and equipment. This will also report their movements throughout the visit. Both external and internal closed circuit television cameras are installed and in use 24 hours a day allowing the onsite security guards the confidence in managing the site and the surrounding area.

Peace of Mind: Uninterrupted power supply and generator backup support the multiple external power feeds to each altoHiway facility at Telehouse Europe. This is monitored on a regular basis allowing for seamless power continuity. Sensors continuously monitor and detail back to the management system, monitoring electrical and mechanical systems throughout, as well as regulating temperatures to guarantee consistancy.

Always On: The Telehouse facility gives 24x7 on-site monitoring for clients that require equipment monitoring when they cannot physically attend the site. Our monitoring will keep watch for any abnormalities. Should access be required a qualified altoHiway engineer can be on-site or can rectify the situation remotely.
